How do we pair?

One of you opens Dote and shares the invite link or the 6-character code. The other opens the link, or types the code on the pairing screen.

The widget is not updating

Open Dote once, then check that the widget is on your home screen and that Dote is allowed to refresh in the background. On iPhone, Low Power Mode can slow updates down.

How do I manage or cancel Dote Plus?

Plus is billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Dote. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Dote. To get Plus back on a new phone, open the paywall in Dote and tap Restore purchases.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Us tab, Privacy and data, Delete account. Or see how to delete your account, including how to ask by email.
